does the exp hack still work?

As the title sais,

I tried to inject cacamohack.dll
that i can buy those new camo weapons.

I bought M4A1 CQBR < this works great

but now i want to buy it again but i cant buy it anymore, i presst insert and i tried to edit the source code by changing a english word but it all doesnt work

Any new exp hack or is it just patched?
