AV turned off, restarted PC and reinstalled osu but upon loading the exe it says "initialize failure"

the aimassist is perfect on mouse works for tablet too atleast my tablet "xppen star g640"

the relax is perfect.

the unmod flashlight is perfect.

Would also love a feature that doesn't make the relax so blatant. Unless you miss a note all the hits you get are 100% acc. Could be nice to lower the accuracy.
