Bypass item restrictions when placing furniture.
There is no overlay atm (WIP), so please see the usage instructions below.
Features:
Place furniture items anywhere on your plot, even outside of building zones.
Overlap furniture. Put a table inside of a table inside of a plant inside of a fountain.
Save/Load an item's position so you can bypass the "floating" some items will do when trying to overlap them. (See below.)
Tips:
This "mod" lets you float items , but I recommend only doing what's already possible in the game (overlapping items) if you have people visiting your plot. We now know S6 will give 3 day bans if users report you for cheating.
When decorating outside, you can use the Housing Menu to bypass the "floating" as well. If that doesn't work, the "saving" an item's last position should work.
This won't work on any item you can only place once. So, trees.
Loading Instructions:
Inject the DLL into PaliaClient-Win64-Shipping.exe using any injector. Make sure you're fully loaded in game before injecting.
Usage Instructions:
"Force-Place:"
Open "Placement Mode" (LCTRL by default).
Grab an item on your plot or from inventory.
Place it anywhere (valid location) once. If you're placing it from your inventory, pick it up and place it again.
Grab the item again and position it where you want it to actually be (even if it's red).
Hit F8. If your plot is lagging, hold it for a few seconds lol.
Exit out of Item Placement Mode (i.e. click LCTRL again). Do NOT try to place the item.
"Save/Load Item Position":
In Item Placement Mode, pick up a placed item and position it where you want to place it. Do NOT place it.
Hit F9 to save the item position.
Place the item somewhere else.
Pick up whatever item you want to overlap the first item with and place it in that location.
Pick up the first item and put it down again. Pick it back up.
Press F10 and exit out of Item Placement Mode. It should go to the saved location.
Upcoming Features:
ImGui overlay.
Wishful, but if the next patch doesn't fix the placement lag, a feature to place items without being in placement mode. Not sure if this is possible yet
Manual position adjustment (input coordinates and arrow key movement) - a better way to bypass the stupid floating of items when not in House Menu.
