I have been trying to get a refund since. He's always online. He agreed to full refund me for both accounts, before he started acting dumb and sending me a link to join YouTube family. Now he's ignoring messages.

The cheek of him to start this thread when he ignores people he scammed. I'll be waiting for a refund for both.

Fortunately you don't speak for the rest of us. Why would you be glad that a scammer is back? If you pay for a service and don't even get half of it, then that's a concern. When you promise to offer full refunds and don't follow through, that's a MAJOR concern.

He is still logging in and seeing this thread, yet he's choosing to stay silent. It takes two seconds to refund.

Without this forum, he is nothing, and he knows it.

the problem mate i work out side my country so i prefer spend time with my family 2 up to 5 days a month, them worry about something i pay like 5€,
