Help streaming my hacks

(This is for VB 2010)
Well I want my loader to be able to stream my .dlls (download them into its own self cached directory then add them to the injection list then delete the cache after injected). Please any help would be nice.

Try using the search button, this question has been asked like 3 times in the past week or so.
