Stuck on Version Checking/Patching

I had to re-install combat arms yesterday, and now when I try and start it, it goes to checking version, checking patch, then infinitely loops.
I'm running Windows Seven
I always run as administrator
I've updated hackshield
And I have trouble shooted.
Any ideas?

Re-download CA

Download the Manual Client Patch and run it.
Download the manual Hackshield Update.
Start the patch, and if it works, start Combat Arms and the Hackshield should automatically update.
If none of the above helped, re-install Combat Arms once more, and then everything SHOULD work.
Make sure you computer can run Combat Arms

Is your antivirus blocking it ?

Its your Graphics Card (my friend has same problem)
