Help with new update?

I keep getting an error message I just downloaded patch 2 (the MOST RECENT PATCH) from the official website. and I pasted it and overwrote my old alteriw files. but I am getting this error please help me out?

lol...so many problems, im having my own problems of even updating the files, im choob with aiw lmao... im still not banned on my 1st legit mw2 ^.^

Wow now i can't even open alteriw. Hey guys, great work on this AIW crap. IT DOESN'T WORK IDIOTS.
