heey people im kinda stuck with this is the only problem im having...

800 is just fly up 200 is just fly up and im about to try just 1 then 50 then what ever after that
what do i put it on for all i want it to do is jump up a little bit not keep jumping up and can anyone help me with a better base i give 100% credits for Ur base if i release because the tut one in these forums is laggy i just don't know what im doing wrong :S
maybe hans base or one that works or something ill even integrate Ur name into the menu like a credits tab
