mods are causing combat arms to stop working

Every time i put in a mod combat arms tries to start up then stops working. I was wondering if there was some sort of trick around this or something i could download. Because if this is the case for everyone, why mod anymore?

And did you Inject it??

If mods didnt work then we wouldnt still be making mods.

Those things dont matter about the os and computer,if he couldnt run ca,why would he use mods in the first place.

Wrong section fool.

You are obviously not "putting the mod in" correctly. If you are changing the Rez files you need to do it according to the guides available here at MPGH. If you screw something up in the process, well... let's just say it could cause CA to stop working. No other reason really...

You were probably using a Patched Hack if, ur running CA with a hack.

Even if you put a mod in the game wrong, the game should still launch.

Two other reasons why it closes:

1. You're not using a mod, you're using a detected hack
2. Your computer just sucks THAT bad.

A. Bad hacks

C. You're an idiot on not knowing what to do with mods

QFT......I swear like my 10th QFT today.....and correction hidden, VERY shitty computer. mine is shitty, and doesn't do that.

Its most likely the mod. Get the backup[its stickeyed]. If you don't know what file could have done it, then re-download the entire game. Tough luck. Just remember to back-up your .rez files next time.

He said it stops now, which indicates that it did run before. So something went wrong with the mods he was using. -.- don't flame for the sake of flaming. Give some advice next time.

ONTOPIC: If you know what file did it, download my Clean REZ downloader and find the file you need. If not, you're gonna have to reinstall the whole thing like nubs said.

yep. I would say redownload your mods, and reinstall the game. IMO that would be fastest
