Lol, nah, I don't drink much beer alone...
Whenever you feel down though, surfing is very good and relaxing, you just have to forget everything and mind the waves...
That's what I usually do, and I've been surfing since I was 12!
Team sports also help a lot, and you can make very good and loyals friends there... I've also been playing rugby ever since I was around that age and I've made some of my best buddies over there

(You will also learn how to fight, after matches there's usually a lot of heat... It just happens, there are people who take it too seriously and WILL try to take you out of the game, but after the game you go settle it with your pals.

Rugby is a great sport too, I only stopped playing because I don't really have that much time anymore, but I will NEVER forget it.
