ok, when im gonna use a wh,aimbot or any cheat should i have "vac disabler"? and where i find it and how to use it?

well from my experience if you are going to use non private hacks expect a ban. I have used the external hacks and texture hacks and i was banned today. So if you think you need a disabler the only good disablers are private or cost money. so basicly its money or a pretty large chance of ban

so you saying if i use a wallhack,aimbot or anything like that and using vac disabler its a BIIIG chance for me to geth banned? even if i got vac disabler? and do the ppl report me or i wil geth banned fast by VAC?

VAC is the antihack system that Steam uses. So unless you want it searching for hacks, yes, disable it. If you think the hacks are undetectable (most publics aren't) then you don't need to work on disabling VAC, otherwise disable VAC or don't risk it.

steam says on their website "report cheats not cheaters" so reporting you will not make a difference

Only External hacks and texture mode it's undetected.
So you won't need a disabler for them.
Using a public disabler increases you chance to get banned. (VAC Chaos)
