i open the game, (full scream, lowest everytihng, 640 res) press start button, open ack and choose hacks, enter game, and as jsut about to play, my game jsut dissapears..

Try runing the hack and the game as admin.

Well I put on Thermal,names,boxes,no recoil,no flash, no fog, shrink crosshair

Okay I'll check it out when I can. I currently have no MW2 because my hard disk crashed so it may be a while.

Just one thing that might be the problem as I've been asked it so much, are you using the AlterIWNet or Steam version? Because this hack is for the steam version only.
