OK I will spill the beans, the Theme creator I released before was a bit complex and may have put people off in creating there own themes, So I have found an easier version to use, Some Tutorials and Base Photoshop Documents, So you know exactly where the Icons are going to be during the creation of your theme!
The contents contained in the attachment below are as follows:
1. A Tutorials Folder with 4 Other Folders and a word Document
2. The Photoshop Base Models (2 Files are Included HD and SD)
3. The PS3 Theme Builder Installer (V2.5, Most Compatible)
Virus Scans are first off the bat:
Virustotal
Virscan
Screenshots are Next:

Tutorials
Key Notes!
Following the tutorial in this release should help aid all you eager minds to a successful theme building hobby, Photoshop is recommended to create your theme, Enjoy the Release!
