My combat arms wont work

Every time i open combat arms a white screen comes up and it just closes it happens with hacks, and without hacks. I've just bought a perm gun and i want to play with it so bad.

SO please can you help me?

try to re-instal combat arms
first delet it and instal it back
say of it works or not
dont say thanks PRESS it
