sometimes i get 60 fps for 5minutes during a game 1 minute later it goes to 3 frames per second and i can barely move who gets that and can fix it

also try using eboostr after following Jab's thread (reccomend you have a 2 gb usb)
(im not tottaly sure if fps has anything to do with lag *which is embarrasing for me
