Idk if i can call this photo manip..idk..anyways, this ''thing'' is not finished. im stuck at this place, idk what i should do more.

On topic: It looks nice. Blend the fish in the water.

Try to cover more of his tail/back with the water.
Also, hide the effects out of his mouth and on his side and make sure he matches the colors of the environment.
Probably a black to blue gradient map on lumiosity, and then some photo filters like deep blue, deep yellow, and low opacity cyan.
Set those to clipping masks on the serpent.
Then unhide the effects and see how it looks.
