How do i upload screeny thru site?????

How do i upload a picture like i know how to upload a file and stuff but everytime i try it with a screen shot it doesnt show up u have to download it.

What i mean is some people have it showing right on there post i always have to put a link to a different site :'(

Anyway if someone could tell me how to put it so it shows on the post not thru a link that would be great

1) Go to imageshack.us
2) Upload the file.
3) Find the forum code.
4) Copy and paste the code into post.
bye the way if u upload multiple pics look to the right under get links and codes for all images and choose bb codes. and copy and paste.
