I will personally be hosting a powerleveling service, You will provide an account, empty or preleveled it depends on what you want done. The price varies between classes, worlds, and funding.

How fast could you lvl a 1-120 bishop in kradia and is it considered a mobber or singular attack. Also if we do buy can we send you the end stat build we want? Such as all int and X heal X holy symbol and etc?
It will take 3-5 days for the DK.
For the bishop i'm not sure how long it will take but it will be done asap.
