hiya. can anywho tell me if there's unlocker for ALL weapons, ALL perks, ALL other sheet !except! level? if yea send me link (if its on MPGH just post it there) if its outside PM me.

You could just use EAM and PSE.
just use the 100% complete playerstats.txt in PSE and put the level down...

That's my suggestion too. Whenever I need to modify / transfer my profile I use EAM and the playerstats can be easily changed.
