Rez Extractor?

ok i have bin gone from the modding community for a long time and i lost all my rez tools. I re downloaded them but im missing one.

Does anyone know were i can get the REz extractor?

its in the stickys on the main rez modding page, in the tutorial to inject crossmod etc all the rez tools are at the bottom
