how do i make crossfire not lag while recording

how do i make crossfire not lag while recording? i wanna make cf montage and i wanna use xfire (unless ther is another option that is 1) free and 2) records sound

Uhmm its prob ur internet connection or something i think u should get a better PC or something...

Dont use xfire if your computer is just average then xfire is fail just torrent Fraps which lags a bit or Guncam which is great..

my computer is really good and my internet is around 10ping every game so its not that... i believe its from the recorder... il try out your suggestions..

just save the replay and record it and if it still lags get a better video card
