[Help]program deleter

he guys i whas watching my deskop and stuff what i all have on my pc and i was thinking is it poseble to make a program in vb to deleted everything from you computer exept for windows and internet explore and some other stuff what is imported but i have no idea where to start with it i am just new in vb is there mayby someone who can help me with it
