not bad for first try. but heres some tips :

1: Use S&D Frags
2: Edit the colours a little bit. if u dont know how, pm me i can help u
3: Use Gun Sounds, i posted them here: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/194-crossf...gun-sound.html
4: Make better sync, like shots to the music or such things
5: pm me if u need help xD

Meh... It was okay... i would give it a 6/10. Chams/wallhack + prison = doesnt require that much skills. you should have done somewhere more open.
