Nope, there are still ways.
YOu can also use another dumping program sush as ChimpRec.

yeah, so it's mean this thread is not working anymore. right? but kernel can use for dumping Ehsvc.dll so it's okay.

When the loader is open press game start, then quickly open chimprec and select + dump it.
