Help with password/ban

I got banned 4 months ago, now I tried to login, no chance? forgot password? or its banned so I cant login, please reply cuz I need to apply a ticket to unban it..

I can use my other account, and send a ticket to them, since my new email has the same name as my old account's username, so they might give me a new password and unban for me?
