Is there something like anti-kick?

Just wondering has anyone ever created a anti-kick function?

Anti-Kick is Server Sided.

Cant be done anymore.
But i heard some people made Anti Kick work.

Anti-kick is a VIP feature.
But I don't think they have it anymore.
I saw someone have it.
But that is just one person.
