Well, I'm a basketball player and I've been practicing to be better.
I think the skinnier I get the faster I go because I got strong legs and the less weight the faster I can move around past other players., Would not eating breakfast/Lunch and eating a large support help this? Or is it too drastic, No troll/flames please
or should I just work out all the time?.
When not eatting your body stores your fat for survival.
Eatting small healthy snacks with exercise will help you lose weight.
When not eating your metabolism slows down, when you eat small snacks it'll keep it going.
