How to add a GSC mod?

Hey there im a noob with CSG modding. Ive bin using MW2 Liberation for a while and im kinda of tired of the Infinte Ammo and jump_height. So i went on here, and i saw alot of cool mods but they require GSC?! What is GSC? How to i put it in my MW2 Liberation?

Usually modders give you whole folders which you put : MW2 Liberation>Mods (its a folder). If they give you only GSC file, you need to put it like this: MW2 Liberation >Mods>the mod's folder name>maps>mp>gametypes> gsc files go here...

Ah ok, but if they give me a long code i save it as?
