cod4 custom maps making

everytime i make a cod4 map and i will test it the map will load but then it will load backlot

why it dont load my custom map

Is it in the FTP folder of your server?

umm dont u like start the server on any map then u enter /map mapname
then i think it should load that map

no dont work and its on my own pc not a host

Place the custom map in your Cod4/usermaps folder and make a map named to (example) : mp_custommap

Place the custom map in this folder and also rename it to mp_custommap (Just make sure they have the same name).

Go Ingame, /map mp_custommap , and enjoy.
