[Help]Box in left corner?

Anyone have a generic reason why when I load my self made hack, the box doesnt pop up in the left corner? My friend and I have tried everything we can think of...

Any information would be greatly appreciated...

I doubt that "leeching" is the issue here. Either way Ill check my hook tonight when i get home, thanks for the suggestion. Anyone that can look over my code that isnt a douchefag, send me a pm!
