[SOLVED]Mod loader

I would like to know, what is the program to load the mod into MW2?

It is a program called mod loader. Either that or you can use liberation which has a built in modloader.

I extracted my downloaded rar. from the Intervention Mod(Auo Aim,fast shooting...) Where to put the .iwd data now after extracting?
