It's a special set of custom controls by Telerik called "Rad Controls". It's a lot better than DNB I think Hassan just picked a color set that looks similar to DNB's blue scheme which might be the source of some confusion.

where can i find the "Rad Controls"?

I know a few more that i get spammed at email. Just because you just know DNB, that's not the only thing that exists in the world.
