Possible COHO maphack?

as I can not read russion language and am not at home these days I'd like to ask you if maybe anyone can read russian?

the 2nd hack is fake - the site the file is hosted on is a bullshit advertising uploader (fill in offer to unlock download, but of course, it never unlocks)
