Did you prestige when you were on the previous patch?
make sure you did that

Yeah i did prestige on the previous patch..I know i must have done something wrong but i dont know what......

Try it all over again the only thing i can tell you is make sure you delete the 1.11 patch and not your map packs.

Yep i did and it still didnt work but it worked before i re patched it...

Well the thing is when i do it, my map packs are gone, therefore i have to re-download them, so i charge now =/.
