u miss dll go this web site Download your missing dll-files - DLL-files.com search dll n then download

If it says missing "...dll" : that means he doesn't have it in his system32 .

He can either put it in system32 or CA folder to solve his problem . And no; it means it's missing in the computer

2. extract
3. put in system 32
