Dude, this is harder for you. You will make like 10 threads here asking for help !!! Kindly make a notepad similar to Windows XP and release it here !! You can't do anything harder than that at the moment !!

Create a new visual basic project.
On the form drag a menu bar. Add items to it. (Easy...you can do it)...
Drop a richtextbox on the form. Resize it so it covers the complete form but doesn't overlaps the menu bar. Now start coding the menu items ... And see you don't even know how to start and you ask for harder stuff. Learn to be realistic
