If your using a credit card, everything has to match up with the info the credit card was registered under for it to be counted as a legit payment. So you might be using a wrong address/cvv/CC #.

Try checking your info..

(Or you found a credit card # off the forums, and ofc they don't work, you need their owners real info.)
