A couple questions...

Under your name it says "Leecher,Newbie,Member, Expert Member, and so on"how can you change that?
And how can you change your name? or user

You get it by post count
And when you get 500 posts you can have custom usertitle

its like ranks
depends on how many posts u post
more u post different ranks u will get

thats a very small list of them.....it goes by your post count

500 Posts can change your UserTitle, and and after every Post ban you can get a new name.
