Asus EAH4850 TOP wont overclock

Hey i got a VGA card fromd asus (EAH4850 TOP) but it wont overclock here a little pic how it looks like when i try 2 overclock.

Get the Afterburner, best utility evar. MSI AfterBurner 1.4.2 download from Guru3D.com

But make sure not to give your cards too much juice or they'll fry /

The faster it is the more power it will need and the hotter it will get. Too hot = bye bye, too much power = bye bye. Too lazy to go into a detailed study about how to OC, just check some OC forums for that.
