It means warrock site is updating OR you can only look at that page if you are logged on.

lol thats probably right ..too easy to get blinded by panic wen it comes to warrock for some..

The problem is that they IP restricted you or banned you from coming to their site. GJ! Lol. A way to fix this is by resetting your DNS or IP address.
