IP Changer V1.0

Ip Changer. Version 1.0/Beta
Uses advanced methods and "hacks" to change your ip, goes beyond the average IP changer.
Not 100% accurate for dynamic ip detection, give it 2 hours if you ip doesnt change right away. If it still hasn't changed after 2 hours then you have a dynamic IP.
If your disconnected after the program is done running then its due to some bug.(The program takes about 1:30 to run its full course) To fix go to settings and hit connect to reconnect to the internet
How can i use this? To avoid getting banned by nexon, also helps you work around IP bans.
If you have a dynamic IP i will be posting a tutorial later on how to change it, will post link on this thread
