going into car = crash

hey im close to release my first nomenu hack for warrock now, its a long time ago since last i coded but, now i got this problem......

when i inject the hack go into game
try go into any venchlie (fail spelling) warrock crashes
do anyone know a fix on that?

i tried the hack i made, and when i gone into a car warrock crashed
and it do it everytime i try to go inside
what can problem be?
