How to enable Cheats in Training?

Yo guys, im wondering how to enable the cheat option in Training. O_O It says that cheats are disabled. and /sv_cheats enable(d) ,/sv_cheats 1/0
doesn't work .

Anyone got an idea ? Or just script something?

set sv_cheats 1 ?

You can't I think..

devmap mp_(map name) and then use cheats ex: devmap mp_nuked
