Gun skins can be done. Its different from MW2 tho.
Someone has red & blue and yellow weapons.

And prob some other people have private textures with weapon colors.

brightest neon i could get too 255 blue and 255 red
took alot of time to do this 3 nights solid roughtly about 38 hours on this project to get it to go and i knew nothing on how to do it at the start.

Main help from Naka.
and Additional help from Shcker57 staying up those hours and chatting also lol helped me find the colors too

so it is possible if you put time into it to do this.
