Looks like Spidey's shootin some lighting from the back of his neck. (Sorta)
That lightning bolt is distracting me. I can barely see the text.
The smudging looks random and his head is just like floating there sort of. Also the lightning seems to be coming from his neck which makes no sense? I mean maybe from his hands or something; if its striking his neck you should make it come down to his neck.
