Run run (Search run and choose top result) and type %AppData%/
extract the download file to %appdata%
run minecraft with any username.
Play Offline.
XP users
Run run.exe and type %ApplicationData% or %Application Data% (I dont know, I have vista) and extract the download file to it.
Run minecraft with any username
play offline.
