creating maps

hello I just wanted to know if there are any way to edit maps. (put turrents make walls/bunkers) and all of this, I know that for examble quuarentine zombie chaos mod there are bunkers and turrets! how to make it?

I just want to make maps! ( edit them )!!

But it's definitely not simple, there is no tool for it, i think...
You will need to write codes and all that stuff
