Windows 7 Combat Arms Bug

Hey guys ive its not a glitch so ive put it in this section but i was wondering if anyone else was having this problem ok well you know how you have the tabs in windows 7 when you click on the internet tab (internet exsplorer) combat arms works fine but if i open in thru the start menu combat arms asks me to download

anyone else having this issue

i know its not a big deal but its annoying

It not a glitch, the game takes you to the site, the site is the game itself. You have to play via the site as it is SSL protected. It also all hackshield to work.

probably file is dislocated in setting or something like that
