welll is there a big chance that i get banned if i dont use that typhon thing or what its called?

Using the EXE has a good chance at getting you banned. It went a long time in MW2 but was finally detected. But to this day, the python method is still working, and undetected.

So even though its not detected now, the exe version may become detected at any time, depending on how tightly VAC is monitoring this.
