problem with snow flakes, using google chrome
iight, it works perfectly fine on my desktop and my ipad (mobile)
but on my laptop, the snow is doing its ``job`` and fall down the screen but, when i try to scroll down or up, the screen just instantly go back on where i was as soon as a flake touch the very end of the window like its enlarging and a bar just keep on flashing
anyone have this issue?

Solution = Delete Chrome 
chrome is SLOW AS FK!... But yeah... I have the bottom scroll bar problem, but that's it... plus lag at the top of the page
